The faux finished marble pieces are the inspiration of Dave Damon, known for the original design of the Kaluaha Liquor bottle in 1954 and the two large eleven-foot tall 10-plate metallic Golden Oscars on permanently display at the Academy Theater in Los Angeles.
 
Each statuary artifact is cast in hydrostone and starts out plain white and then is detail hand painted in your choice from our ten standard finishes with either a flat (natural matte) surface coating, that is soft and organic in appearance, or a high gloss (sheen) surface coat texture that has a reflective polished look.

There will be a small additional charge for more than two faux color finishes on the same item.

 

Classic Faux Marble
This is our classic faux marble finish because it is the prime choice for creating a realistic faux marble finish. The textures are made with well honed hand painting techniques that create detailed veining using multiple coats. The combinations are of peach, burgundy and other multiple colors of real marble. If you are unsure of which finish to select we highly recommend the classic faux marble, as it is the chosen finish among artists and decorators.

 
Grey White Faux Marble

With almost exactly the same visual texture as the classic faux marble finishing, the gray-white faux marble is primarily only different in that it is not as bright with more gray tones and the veining is more subtle than our classic faux finish with less salmon and burgundy colors and more peach and beige tones which makes the veining stand out much less. This finish is very realistic to similar real marble finishes and matches many different interior decors.

 
Plain White Faux Finish

For a smooth visual texture the plain white finish generates a pure white tone matte, or flat, surface that is considered to be a very unassuming choice of finish. It resembles bonded marble in texture and appearance for those who wish a more solid white real marble look with no veining. A Plain white faux finish is very elegant and impressive in any decor. Marble naturally comes in many different combinations of colors and veining. This ranges from solid white, red tones, green black and many more. This is often displayed either in a high polished high sheen or flat natural texture.

 
White Beige Antiquing Faux Finish

In demand for its aged look, white beige antiquing is a favorite faux finish amongst interior designers for its classic surface texture in of pure earth tones.
 
Sandstone Fogging

Fogging to the effect of faux translucent sandstone, this sandstone fogging finish produces a mid-tone that is neutral enough to go with almost any color theme or interior setting.

 
Gold Leaf

Classic art is enhanced by our gold leaf finishing technique by generating a brilliant surface texture that makes objects look like solid gold from the outside. This is a beautiful and impressive faux finsh just by itself or in combination with our other faux finishes like our popular classic faux marble finish. Black Verdigris Rub

Verdigris is perhaps one of the most well known surface textures that we offer. Its faux copper greenish tinting combines with a gold buffed patina on a black painted base coating giving it strong gothic appeal.
